Welcome to REVAOPS (“REVAOPS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website https://www.revaops.ca and any services provided by REVAOPS.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 

Nature of Services

REVAOPS provides administrative and operational support services to real estate brokerages, including deal administration support, workflow organization, and related back-office assistance.

REVAOPS does not provide legal, accounting, regulatory, or brokerage services and does not act as a real estate brokerage, broker, or salesperson.

 

Brokerage Responsibility & Regulatory Compliance

Brokerages remain solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with all applicable real estate legislation and regulations

  • Establishing and maintaining brokerage policies and procedures

  • Regulatory reporting, trust account management, and supervision

  • Compliance with requirements set by the Real Estate Council of Ontario or any applicable provincial regulator

RevaOPS performs services only as instructed by the brokerage and does not assume regulatory responsibility.

 

Use of Website

You agree to use revaops.ca for lawful purposes only and not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Use the website in a manner that disrupts its operation

REVAOPS may restrict or terminate access to the website at its discretion.

 

Service Providers & Cloud Platforms

REVAOPS uses reputable third-party service providers and cloud-based platforms, including Google Workspace, to support website operations and service delivery (e.g., email, document storage, forms, and scheduling).

Personal information processed through these platforms is subject to reasonable safeguards and confidentiality obligations. Information may be stored or processed on servers located outside of Canada and may be subject to foreign laws.

REVAOPS does not authorize service providers to use personal information for their own purposes.

 

Confidentiality

REVAOPS treats client information as confidential and uses it solely for service delivery purposes. Brokerages remain responsible for determining what information is shared with REVAOPS.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REVAOPS shall not be liable for:

  • Regulatory non-compliance by a brokerage

  • Errors or omissions in documents supplied by the brokerage or its agents

  • Decisions made by brokerages, brokers, or salespersons

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

 

Intellectual Property

All website content, text, branding, and materials are the property of REVAOPS and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

 

Changes to Terms

REVAOPS may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

 

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
