REVAOPS was created from more than two decades of hands-on experience working inside real estate brokerages — beginning at the front desk and progressing through deal administration, compliance support, leadership, and trust and commission accounting coordination.

Throughout my career, I have supported thousands of transactions across multiple brokerage environments and have seen firsthand how critical accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness are to protecting a brokerage. I understand where operational pressure points exist, how compliance issues arise, and what strong back-office systems should look like before commission is paid.

 

REVAOPS was founded to provide brokerages with dependable, structured, and discreet operational support. Our services focus on detailed file review prior to payout, clear workflows aligned with brokerage policies, and organized, audit-ready records.
